There used to be such a device on Etsy that was done by EngineeredPassion, but it’s been long since discontinued.

Here’s some examples of the kind of sex toy mount I’m looking for:

Since then, I’ve been searching all over the internet to see if someone else had a similar idea to make a similar mount where you could hold your sex toys in place either hands-free, or like a breeding mount similar to “phantom mares” that they use on horses for animal husbandry.

I’ve asked around, but not much luck, so I figured I’d ask here.

I think you would have to make it yourself or commission it. I don’t think think this would hold stroker devices.

there are fleshlight accessories that hold them in place for you.. there’s mounts w/ a suction cup for the shower or there’s pillows w/ mounts in them:
