My first Handy 2 pro that I preordered from Kickstarter just stop charging a couple months or so after I got. I went through their process of returning, it wasn’t too difficult, but they require a photo and a video of the device not charging, what charger you use.
They sent me a replacement and I got it a week or so later. I plugged it in and it worked. Great! I love the battery life and it doesn’t take too long to charge. It was having issues connecting to the charger, like it was skipping charging every couple seconds. I look and took a picture of the charging port and this is what that I see. I don’t wanna go through the process again but I guess I should because of what I paid for it. It’s kind of annoying.
